How do I book an instore appointment?
Simply head to our online booking system here and select the most appropriate time and appointment type for you.

Does Just Walking ship to international countries?

How will I know I have successfully placed my online order?
After you’ve placed your order, you’ll instantly see your order number and receive an email letting you know that we’ve successfully received your order. You're also able to view all relevant order information by logging into My Account.
How long will it take to get my parcel?
Standard shipping will take five to seven business days (depending where in Aus you are). Our team is based in Victoria, so we're away on Victorian public holidays, but your order will be dispatched the next business day. Delivery times may also vary during peak times (Christmas or promotional periods).
What if I've placed my order but haven’t received a confirmation email?
It can take up to 30 minutes for your confirmation email to arrive in your mailbox. If it’s still not there after 30 minutes, please check your junk folder. If it’s not there either, please get in touch at [email protected] or phone 1800 331 143 so we can take a look.
I received my dispatch info with my tracking number, but it says ‘pending’
Your tracking number will update within 24 to 48 hours after receiving your tracking email.
How do I find the shoe I’m looking for?
Please contact us on 1800 331 143 or [email protected] with the style name, colour and size, or pop into your local Just Walking store.
Can I purchase over the phone?
Yes, give us a call on 1800 331 143 and we can process your order.
I’ve made a mistake! Can I edit the order I’ve just submitted?
We can’t make promises, but there’s a short 60-minute timeframe in which we might be able to edit your details from the time of your order. Please contact us at [email protected] or 1800 331 143 and we’ll do our best to amend any incorrect order or shipping details.
How do I know when my order has been dispatched?
We’ll send you an email confirming we’ve received your order and another email when your order has been dispatched.
Which method of payment can I use for online purchases?

No worries! Just Walking’s Returns Policy includes the rights you are entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law. If you believe your online purchase to be faulty, please contact our Customer Support Team at [email protected] or 1800 331 143. We may request photos of the fault claim prior to approving the return.
