How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free for all orders $120 and over. Orders under $120 will incur a flat fee of $12.
Which courier do you use?
Orders are delivered by Australia Post.
Where do you ship to?
We ship anywhere in Australia, including Australia Post parcel lockers and post office boxes. We don’t offer international shipping – yet!
How long will it take to get my parcel?
Your parcel will be coming from Victoria, so the delivery date may change depending on where you live in Australia. For example, if you live in sunny Perth (we’re jealous if you do!), it may take a few extra days. See our general guidelines below.

Note on dispatch.
We dispatch within 1-3 days after the confirmed order, depending on whether your item is coming from our store or the warehouse. On Victorian public holidays, our Customer Care Team and Warehouse Magicians will be away, so orders will be dispatched the next business day. Our warehouse team will always work hard to get your order out ASAP; however, during busy periods like Christmas and sale promotions, you may experience slight delays.

What if I’m not home?
No worries! Your order will be left in a safe place (if there is one). If not, Australia Post will leave a card to collect it from your local post office.
I've only received half of my delivery
Don't panic. If you ordered multiple items, your items may be shipped separately or at different times (depending on the location of stock). Please allow a couple of extra days for your other order(s) to arrive.
Are Australia Post deliveries carbon neutral?
Australia Post deliveries are indeed carbon neutral! Australia Post purchases carbon credits, mostly in Australia, when customers regularly send parcels through Australia Post offices or book parcel pickups via their MyPost Business Account (like we do!). The purchase of these carbon credits aids in achieving carbon neutrality.
Australia Post is dedicated to reducing emissions where possible. They’ve cut their carbon emissions by over 20% since 2010 and have increased the use of electric bikes and vehicles among their delivery drivers.
